ISA KOLKATA METRO CITY BRANCH started in 2009 with Dr Sujit Chatterjee as President, Dr Saibal Naha as Secretary & Dr Arabinda Ray as Treasurer. After 2011 activities stopped as Dr Naha transferred to Delhi. Subsequently Dr Krishna Podder revived the unit and made it active since June 2018 with all young dynamic members.Society was then registered on May 2019.
We have our first annual conference in June 2019 Metrocon 2019 with first GC installation.
